Womb Steaming

What is Womb Steaming?

Womb steaming is an age-old remedy that has proven to be effective by generations before us in many different cultures. This ancient practice for women, combining herbs and steam for medicinal purposes, has stood the test of time. It has proven its significance to prevent and treat women’s reproductive and womb issues. The medicinal herbal steam treatment cleanses the entire reproductive system, moves stagnant energy while increasing circulation and thins mucus. By allowing the womb to release unnecessary buildup, we allow the uterus to function optimally.

How Does It Work?

F.R.E.S.H. womb steaming is a 60 minute service. You will sit over a pot of boiling water infused with a unique blend of herbs completely naked, on a chair with an opening, draped in a three cape system to retain the heat and allow for a full body sweat; and release of toxins from both the body and the vagina. In addition, you will come to the service with an intention of what you want to release or manifest in your life at that time. The purpose is so you can experience a shift in the mind, body and spirit, bringing balance into your life. There will also be a release of toxins on a mental, physical and emotional level. This a very sacred and spiritual experience that is often referred to by women who have experienced it as “Life Changing!”

It is recommended that the day prior to and the day of your service you remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
