Each day, through our food and product choices, lifestyle and physical activity we are either building optimal health for ourselves or creating an environment that creates and supports disease. As women our feminine health is often overlooked until problems arise. Neglecting this very essential system of our bodies can lead to a host of health issues and leave us feeling tired, stressed and unhappy. Each of us has the power to make better choices so we can live our best lives.
Join Nicole Brantley and Kelley Carboni-Woods for a mini retreat to look at the ways we support our own health through food, lifestyle and movement. This workshop will include an informative talk by Nicole on feminine health, fresh healthy snacks for you to enjoy, including Happy Apple Juicery’s organic cold pressed juice, and a gentle yoga session led by Kelley. Nicole will also have feminine hygiene products and services available for purchase. The entire day session will be dedicated to inspiring each of us to make better choices for ourselves.
Come learn about:

– The chemicals found in the environment and everyday grooming products
– How to bring balance to the womb of your mind, body and spirit
